life is filled with ups and downs, both happiness and sadness. Sadness, is an emotion, every one of us, experiences at least ones in our lifetime and it is okay to be sad. it is our duty to survive both happiness and sadness the same way, it is really difficult to survive and thrive when we are suffering from sadness, Whatever happens Never give up hope, no matter. So here are some methods on how to overcome sadness and to move forward in life, contented.
Let it all out
The first and foremost thing to overcome sadness is to let it all out. Keeping sadness bottled up inside you, will not cure it, it will only make it worse. When feeling sad let it all out, in any form, tears, hobbies, poetry anything.
Crying your heart out is not a sign of weakness, crying is not a sign of weakness, just as Johnny Depp said “people cry not because they are weak. It’s because they have been strong for a very long time.
Our hobbies come out more perfect when we are overwhelmed by our emotions.so when you’re sad you have to let it all out in any forms possible
Everything happens for a reason
” Not all storm comes to disrupt your life. Some come to clear your path. This is one of the important believe that you should have throughout all your life. When you’re are sad, just believe that everything happens for a reason, and for any difficulty you have faced there will be a good reason.
” Everything happens for a reason. That reason causes change. Sometimes it hurts sometimes it’s hard, but in the end, it’s best for all ” have this belief carved in your heart, not even the life’s toughest challenge break you.
Believe nothing is constant
After every night, there comes a day, this is another belief that we should have. Even in the darkest time of our life, these beliefs can get us through it. ” Nothing is permanent, don’t stress yourself too much because no matter what how bad the situation is ……. It will change “just believe that after every night, there sure will be a break of dawn to give us hope. So never give up hope.
Positive thinking, the key factor of not being sad and also is an important factor during every difficulty in life. Being pessimistic will only bring out your bad performance giving us another reason for being a pessimist .being positive gives you hope and hope can destroy any sadness you have.
Positive thoughts can overcome every challenge and sadness throughout your life .just remember ” staying positive doesn’t mean that things Will turn out okay. Rather, it is knowing that you will be okay no matter how things turn out.

Believe in yourself
” You never know how strong you are, until being strong is the only choice you have “. Believing in yourself, believing that you can get through anything itself give you hope and helps us to stay happy.
Having hope is a key factor to survive anything, sadness, depression. Believe that you can get through anything no matter what.
Always, no matter throughout all your life just believe that you are strong and you can get through anything, any storm put forward by life.

Distraction is the greatest and the only method that helps in most is the situation, even when angry, sad, or even frustrated. Distraction is the key. Distraction can be of any form, art, writing, even binge-watching. Distraction helps us to get our minds of the things that bug us, helps our mind stay calm. And a calm mind can easily have positive thoughts and can overcome sadness
” Instead of wiping tears, wipe away the people who made you cry .” Just like every situation in your life, analyze it try to find the source of your sadness. If you have already found it, try to find a solution, nothing gives us More happiness than solving our problems.
Just like solving any problems analyze it and try to solve it , never give up , keep on trying no matter what happens .
